A special festival feature: The Sunday-afternoon Dance Exchange!
Starting at 3:15pm Central Time Sunday afternoon we will host a special feature event called “Out of the Vault”. It is a dance-exchange program that includes brief 15-minute reviews of classic old dances that were once popular, but are hardly ever done these days. This 2-hour session will be followed by our “Out of the Vault” dance party!
The Dance Exchange features some great dance teachers like:
- Franklin Houston, Holly Plotner, Alan and Karen Murray and Kathleen McDonagh from Texas
- Henry Goldberg from Boston
- Penny Brichta from the Chicago area
We hope you will enjoy our Dance Exchange program, and bring some of those old popular dances back to your group!
